In this position, your main focus is on ongoing reporting and planning and budgeting. You play an important role in the business management of your unit and contribute to the transparency and achievement of goals through sound analyses and evaluations. Your tasks include the optimization and digitization of business processes within your unit. You are actively involved in the further development of existing processes and make a significant contribution to increasing efficiency. You analyse the monthly success accounts as well as target-actual comparisons, derive potential for improvement, intervene in a controlling manner if necessary and report the results to the branch management. In addition, create the monthly performance and earnings forecasts and take the necessary delimitations. Another focus of your activity is the monitoring of payment inputs and external stands. You ensure that open receivables are consistently tracked and take care of internal loads as well as various calculations. In addition, you are responsible for the installation of projects and for the preparation of initial invoices. In addition, you contribute to internal processes optimization projects and actively contribute your expertise to their implementation.
