We are looking for you Your duties • You analyze and evaluate tender documents as well as individual customer requirements with a trained look for detail and a sense of feasibility. • You take responsibility for creating tailor-made offers – in close coordination with our sales experts (Head of Sales Support & Head of Sales Hospital). • You plan and control the entire supply process like a project manager: from internal coordination to timely submission. • You keep an overview of all ongoing offers – and provide a systematic documentation for maximum transparency and traceability. • You are actively involved in: through creative customer talks (mailings, info campaigns, telephone contact) and ideological communication measures. • You develop our offer documents – professional, targeted and visually convincing (e.g. presentations, offer concepts, argumentation aids).

Your profile • A successfully completed economic study or a well-founded commercial training with professional experience • First experience in the field of public tendering or tender management • Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel – you know more than just the basic functions • Good English knowledge of word and writing – for professional communication also at international level • Analytical thinking, structured working and high quality awareness • A proactive, solution-oriented personality who likes to take responsibility and drive things forward • Embossed communication strength, team spirit and ability to maintain a cool head even under time pressure • Flexibility, commitment and loyalty – because You want to do not only tasks, but create real added value
