Your position • The complete order processing in the PV and heat pump business is your responsibility and you ensure a smooth process • As a link between assembly teams, sales and customers, you keep all participants informed at all times • Material and personnel availability you plan ahead to ensure that the order pipeline is always optimally occupied • Installation dates carefully coordinate and provide positive communication with the customers: • Quality control and monitoring of partner companies and construction sites is also part of your task

Your profile • A real “Customer First” mintset is important to you, because customers are in the first place • Professional experience in customer support, customer success or service you bring and know how to actively shape customer relationships • Technology and renewable energies inspire you and you are delighted to work in this area • Communication strength and team spirit characterize you as well as a pronounced service mentality • Self-employed and reliable work, even under high workload, as well as excellent knowledge of German and English complete your profile
