Specialist (m/w/d) Support Digital Services We are looking for you as a specialist (m/w/d) for our corporate headquarters in Hannover. Our new 2nd-level support team is all about the digital world: app, web and telematics infrastructure. We are the central point of contact for complex questions and concerns about our digital services. You love to solve technical challenges and inspire customers with your know-how? You and your colleagues answer complex questions from insured persons, service providers and specialist areas regarding all KKH digital services (including KKH app, My KKH, user account for the HealthID, ePA etc.). You support, train and advise the colleagues responsible for 1st level support in the branches and CC GmbH and prepare the information and training material. For our insurers, you will be the top contact point for advice and support in ePA topics together with your team colleagues. In exchange with KKH-IT and our service providers, you solve technical problems. Together with the 1st level support and other digital teams, you are constantly optimising our processes and services. You are developing the Insured Support strategically to solve any digital challenge of our insurers as soon as possible.

You have a completed training and several years of experience in contact with customers. You bring a convincing expression in word and writing. Your handling of the MS Office package and relevant ticket tools is safe. You bring your desire for new challenges and willingness to change. Ideally, you have the pleasure of working yourself into complex issues and exploring themes.
