Completed vocational training in IT / technical environment in conjunction with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience Embossed skills in technical troubleshooting and an affinity for technology

Detectable experience in the technical support of IT applications as well as experience with fault situations and corresponding solution methods

Professional and process expertise in personnel and time management, ideally in the electronic time recording systems of the company primion
