Software Developer C++/Java (m/f/d)

On behalf of our customer, we are looking for six experienced software developers for demanding projects in the armaments environment at the Bremen site.

The focus is on the further development of infrastructure software for controlling and monitoring complex technical installations. They work on the basis of an existing software architecture and design robust, predictable and high-quality software solutions.

The positions include a 35-hour week and basically offer the option to extend. This position is subject to special statutory and safety-relevant provisions. For this reason, the consideration of applications is limited to certain nationalities (see list of countries/NATO).

Your duties

• Development and implementation of software components based on an existing software architecture
• Analysis of technical and technical requirements and derivation of suitable solutions
• Creation of implementation concepts and software designs
• structuring complex requirements and disintegration in realisable development steps
• Evaluation of software architectures and individual architecture building blocks in terms of quality, time and feasibility
• Ensuring the specified development and quality standards
• Close coordination on tasks, technical issues and possible obstacles within the development team
• Support in the planning and implementation of work packages
• Active cooperation in an agile software development environment

Your profile

• A completed study in the STEM field, a training as a specialist informatics with corresponding training or a comparable qualification
• Strong knowledge in Java and C++
• Multiannual professional experience in professional software development
• Experience in the development and development of complex software systems
• A good understanding of software architectures, software design and structured development processes
• Experience with agile working methods
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach
• Team skills and joy in the joint development of sophisticated solutions
