Construction Manager for Photovoltaics (m/f/d)

You will ensure the smooth, high-quality and safe construction workflow from preparation to handover You actively participate in the technical and organizational project preparation and support in the construction process planning, resource and material disposition You control and monitor the daily construction site sequence and organize material and equipment deliveries You control compliance with work safety regulations on your site You take care of quality and execution monitoring by means of quality controls according to DIN, VDE and manufacturer guidelines, as well as visual and functional testing of all structural components of the PV system You support electrotechnical testing including commissioning preparation You regularly agree with the building management, project management and external service providers In doing so, you control the performance of the subcontractors in terms of schedule and schedule You will ensure the documentation and reporting by means of building journal, photo documentation and reports on progress, material consumption, quality and functional defects After a project, you support the technical and organizational preparation

You have a degree in electrical engineering, automation technology or similar fields of study You have already gained several years of experience in the construction and operation of technical systems – ideally in the field of photovoltaics You have practical knowledge of assembly, cabling, commissioning and fault analysis An electrotechnical capability up to 1000 V AC or 1500 V DC you already bring You have very good knowledge in handling MS Office applications You have fluent German skills in word and writing, good English skills are advantageous You shape good organizational skills and a high level of commitment You show travel readiness and are generally ready for multi-week assembly operations within Germany You are characterized by team skills, resilience and a structured way of working
