With your creative vegetarian creations, our guests will be delighted with the healthy cuisine every day. They prepare all components of the vegetarian menus and healing fasting from organic and regional foods absolutely fresh. Finished products and ''Tütchen'' are available in our kitchen. As part of the nutritional therapeutic requirements, you develop enriched dishes for guests with prescribed special foods, food allergies and intolerances flexibly, independently and with much creative freedom. They support the kitchen management in the planning and creation of the vegetarian menus. The Mise en Place and the preparations are an essential part of your daily tasks. The strict gastronomic quality and hygiene guidelines always keep you in mind.

They have completed a cooking training or convince us with talent and enthusiasm for healthy cooking. Ideally, you have gained first experience with vegetarian cuisine. An additional training in the field of dietary medicine is a plus point, but no need. They are passionate and persuasive at work: they know the value of organic, regional and healthy food and can inspire themselves for high-quality food. They appreciate the exciting challenges of dietary cuisine and are aware of the medical relevance. Not only to yourself, but also to the quality of the food and its preparation you have a high claim.
