Working Students HSE Digitization (m/f/d)

GASCADE is one of the largest operators of gas pipelines in Germany with a 3,700 kilometres long pipeline network. We are looking for a dedicated employee (m/w/d) to support our team “HSE” at the Kassel site

You actively participate in the design and implementation of the digitalization of HSE processes and support the development of digital solutions from idea to go-live. You are responsible for carrying out tests and quality assurances as well as the Troubleshooting support. You support knowledge management through structuring, processing and maintenance of content in SharePoint and OneNote. The maintenance and updating of master files is one of your tasks. You create and revise training documents and presentations and support the planning, coordination and implementation of training measures.

You are currently studying at a university or college of applied sciences, and you are passionate about automation, process thinking and digital tools. Ideally, you could already gain first experiences with low-code solutions. A basic understanding of IT relationships such as data sources, permissions and interfaces, as well as interest in AI topics and digital technologies will help you. You master MS Office and Microsoft 365, ideally also SharePoint. You are also interested in topics related to occupational safety, health and environmental protection. You are available about 20 hours a week for at least 1 1/2 years (if more after voting in the semester holidays). You are characterized by an independent, reliable and structured way of working, keeps an overview in a dynamic environment and has very good German knowledge.
