Your tasks As a presales specialist (w/m/d), you are responsible for digital customer acquisition. You can talk to the leads and take their first address as well as any further steps until the lead is transferred to the distribution. In doing so, you act as a cutting point between marketing and sales and make sure that the lead process runs smoothly and Keller & Kalmbach remains “in the head” at the leads. This includes: Initiating Lead Campaigns: Together with the marketing team, you are launching campaigns for lead generation and continuously expanding lead sources. Lead qualification: You qualify leads from sources such as LinkedIn, Facebook or Google Ads. You collect and evaluate information to check whether You meet the criteria for potential customers. First contact: You will first contact the lead to raise interest and gather further information. Care of leads: By persistent communication such as e-mails, LinkedIn tracking or calls, you maintain the interest of the lead and build a relationship. Lead transfer: Once a lead is considered qualified, you transfer it to the distribution system in the CRM system, which then continues the sales process. Lead control: You carry out data-based analyses of lead quality and quantity and the status of processing by distribution. Reimbursement and success measurement (up to sales success) are in your hand. Process optimization: In cooperation with the marketing team, you contribute significantly to optimizing lead generation and assist in developing and implementing lead management strategies.
