You have a weakness for vehicle technology and vehicle equipment? Then we take over the tax for the entire fleet, coordinate vehicles, service providers and processes and ensure that everything is running around. From the vehicle order to return, you always have costs, appointments and compliance. Sounds like you? Then get in and take our fleet to the lane. Full support and management of the operating fleet with cars, commercial vehicles and special vehicles Control of the entire vehicle life cycle from procurement to ongoing operation to return Coordination and implementation of vehicle orders, vehicle transfers, returns and vehicle changes Central contact for employees in all driving park-relevant questions Cooperation and coordination with leasing companies, vehicle manufacturers, insurance companies, workshops and other external service providers Monitoring, analysis and optimization of fleet costs as well as preparation of evaluations and key figures reports in the Avrios fleet management system Planning, organisation and control of maintenance, inspection, repair and statutory audit appointments Management and monitoring of insurance cases and processing of claims and accident reports Implementation and documentation of driving licence controls as well as ensuring compliance with all statutory retention obligations Maintenance, updating and continuous development of fleet policies and monitoring their compliance

Completed commercial, technical or business training or comparable qualification Must Have: Finding knowledge of relevant legal regulations, especially in transport, labour, tax and insurance law Nice to Have: Good knowledge of contract management as well as dealing with leasing companies, insurance companies and other service partners Nice to have: knowledge of international fleet management Very good knowledge in German and good knowledge in English Nice to have: passion for vehicle technology and vehicle equipment Your Skills: communicative and well-organized team player (m/w/d) with strong coordination, enforcement, negotiation skills and an independent working Must Have: Class B driving licence
