In hardly any other industry you will be trained as comprehensive as in the hotel industry. You work directly with our guests – e.g. at the reception, in service and sale – or behind the scenes in the reservation or in housekeeping for a first-class stay of your guests. The training as a hotel expert or a hotel expert prepares you for your role as a manager of tomorrow. You learn to deal with the most diverse guests and make them an unforgettable stay. At the reception and in the reservation, you support the advice and support of the guests, as well as the sale of overnight stays and services. Of course, you will also get an insight into the operational channel, repentance and interface management. In a further training section, you support the banquet sales in organizing and performing events. You will also get a brief insight into housekeeping when cleaning and controlling the guest rooms. In the restaurant area, you will learn to serve meals and drinks correctly in the restaurant, at the bar and in the banquet service and treat your guests with breakfast or in the à la carte service at lunch or evening. We also show you which tasks are part of R&B management and how to initiate and guide employees.

After your successful completion of the school, you already have a professional internship, possibly already on first work experience at the hotel. You are interested in constantly expanding your knowledge and bringing the willingness to work in the team. Flexibility and high quality awareness as well as good ways of handling are of course for you. You love working with people on a very good service and are interested in food and drinks – from cultivation to sale. We look forward to your application documents with a possible entry date.
