Tasks
Processing of all related technical services (reclamations) - and service products (inservices/maintenance etc.) On-site proactive distribution of the service products via the services technical complaint processing including analysis, evaluation and reporting of all hydraulic, measurement and control data Creation of an action recommendation for Grundfos products and their application in industry, water supply and disposal, as well as in heating, cold, and climate technology Technical support of authorized service partners, technical training of partners in DACH
