Executive Assistant for the Surface Vessels segment management (m/f/d)

You work closely with the OU Surface Vessels (SVE) segment management and support the leadership team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. You create strategy and decision templates and introduce organizational concepts. You prepare analyses, reports, presentations and concepts, write and write for the segment management. You conduct special projects on behalf of the segment management. You manage the interface to the TKMS Board Office incl. Coordination and preparation of relevant reporting. You prepare committee meetings, management meetings and workshops, accompany them and carry out the follow-up, including deriving recommendations.

You have an above-average degree (Master/Diplom) in economics or natural sciences, (economic) informatics or a comparable subject. You could already gain relevant professional experience, for example in a management consultancy or in the strategy department of an industrial company. You have a strong knowledge of strategic problem solving, strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills in German and English. You are able to create high-quality documents to display your analysis and content with PowerPoint, Think-Cell and Excel-VBA. You are sure to deal with interlocutors and have a very high level of consulting and moderation capability.
