Ventomaxx has been a medium-sized company for individual solutions in ventilation technology since 2004. At our site in Landshut we develop, plan and manufacture tailored decentralized ventilation systems with 50 colleagues and implement them in demanding construction and renovation projects in the DACH region.

We don't want Mitdenker and no Mitdenker. Ideas and suggestions for improvement are always happy to be seen and appreciated. This is the only way we can develop and withdraw from the market.

Technical, disciplinary and organizational management of the production team in a clearly location-based leadership role. Planning of capacities and orders, division of employees and monitoring of appointments. Ensure compliance with all quality requirements. Supporting the team in problems in the daily production process. Continuous training and professional development of employees. Detection of potential for improvement in processes and active development of the process landscape. Management of material flow and storage.

Complete further education on master/technician or university studies in technical or crafts (e.g. metal, production, mechanical engineering or comparable) Multiannual experience in production in a leading function as well as sound knowledge of production processes. Solid experience in the planning and control of production processes. Experience in handling ERP systems. Representative leadership competence: You motivate your team, direct and resolve conflicts constructively. Strong communication at eye level – both in the team and in other departments (German at least C1 levels). High level of hand-on mentality.
