Senior Sales Engineer - Steel Industry / Field Service (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the strategic key account management for our existing customers in the steel and metal industry and actively promote the acquisition of new business. As part of your regular customer visits at home and abroad, you will provide technical advice on our machines and develop tailor-made solutions directly on site. Based on your analysis of market trends, you develop sustainable sales strategies to achieve our growth goals and unlock new potentials. You conduct complex contract and price negotiations with key customers as well as partners and report your successes and market insights directly to the management.

You have a completed technical study, for example in mechanical engineering with a focus on metal production or forming technology. You bring at least 4-5 years of professional experience in technical sales, ideally in the metal or steel industry. Your strength lies in explaining technical connections in a comprehensible way and convincing customers with your sales affinity. A high level of readiness for travel in Germany and abroad as well as an independent and proactive way of working. You communicate and negotiate safely in German and English (both C1 level).
