• Attractive over-tariff compensation based on TV BZ Chemie with an entry fee of 18,00 € to 20,00 €, depending on of qualification and professional experience

REQUIREMENTS

• They operate and monitor highly automated systems for Packaging of tablets, film tablets and dragees and provide a proper production process
• Before the start of production prepare the respective packaging lines and introduce the required materials for continuous Supply of plants ready
• Required setup and conversion work will guide you accordingly the respective product specifications and change the required Machine and format parts
• During the running process, you keep the relevant plant parameters in view and lead to the controls provided Ensuring product and packaging quality through
• Income irregularities and minor technical disturbances recognize and resolve independently; with further Problems bind the relevant technical fields
• Machines, plant parts and work areas clean according to applicable requirements and then check them for perfect condition
• Control used materials and packaged medicines to ensure correct processing, completeness and compliance established quality requirements
• all relevant production steps, control results and You enter process data completely and GMP-compliant in the provided written and electronic documentation systems
• For all activities, keep the applicable GMP, hygiene, Quality and safety regulations and the respective product-related work instructions consistently

PROFIL

• They ideally have a minimum of two years Vocational training in industrial, technical, pharmaceutical or food technology, for example as a machine and , Pharmakant (m/w/d), Produktionsfachkraft Chemistry (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• In operation and monitoring of production or Packaging systems have practical professional experience and are familiar with the corresponding plant and process processes
• Professional experience from pharmaceutical, food or a comparable regulated industry is advantageous
• Technical connections quickly and bring a good understanding of complex machinery, plant and equipment production processes
• A pronounced sense of quality and hygiene with applicable GMP requirements or comparable Quality standards are ideally already familiar
• Digital applications and documentation systems are safe to use and have good user knowledge in common Microsoft Office Programs
