In the residential project “Erlenhof” in Erbach, 17 people with disabilities find a home-in eight individually cut apartments with plenty of space for community and retreat. The green courtyard and the large garden invite you to breathe, coexistence and feel good.

How does your day look like • With empathy, patience and openness for special behaviors, you and your colleagues ensure a lasting daily routine and actively shape the leisure of our clients • They care for exciting people with different needs and have a lot of time for individual support tailored to the needs • Through the diversity of our residents – from right to self-employed to people with challenging behavior or with some care needs – your day always remains varied • If necessary, ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our clients • For the best possible support, you work closely with members, legal advisors, the team and experts, e.g. specialist consulting or specialist care

You can look forward to this • An indefinite employment with a job share of 70-80% with a work plan in the 2-shift system (spring and late) incl. weekend services and mostly late services, for active leisure activities of residents • Intense integration through our team, as well as support from a separate night watch team - there are no night shifts! • A spacious office for administrative tasks and direct parking • Remuneration according to AVR.HN E7 (48.200€-61.
