Excellent children's programme: The Bareiss was awarded as the best hotel for children worldwide in 2022 - and honored in 2025 with the Familycup special prize for “Edutainment”. As head of the children's programme, you are also responsible for the implementation of our extraordinary offer in our children's village. A great task that is associated with lots of fun and responsibility. Here you spend a large part of your working time in operational activities and are closely connected to the team, children and parents. Welcome to animal lovers and horse friends: If you already have experience and joy in dealing with animals, you will find a wonderful opportunity in our riding rookie and petting zoo. Here you will discover our ponies, goats and rabbits with the children. Perhaps you are even a passionate rider with experience in riding lessons? If not, no problem: main thing animal love! Creative co-design: Your ideas and suggestions for new programme points, excursions and events are in demand with us. As a creative head, you actively contribute to the further development of our offer. Communication: The care and updating of our children's mail in print and in the app are your daily tasks. Their communication skills contribute to ensuring that parents and children are always well informed about all programme points and processes. Organization & team leadership: You take over the planning of the service, coordinate the use of our helpers and ensure a reliable occupation of all programme points. In addition, you conduct employee talks and perform training for new and existing team members. Quality & Responsibility: You have a vigilant eye on the children's homes, regularly check cleanliness, order and maintenance and make sure our little guests can feel comfortable and safe at any time

Experience in the care and entertainment of children, preferably in different age groups (focus 3-15 years), ideally with appropriate training or training

Animal love and joy to visit our animal friends with the children.
