Professional and disciplinary leadership of an approximately 5-member team in the electrical design Control, coordination and prioritization of operational design tasks Ensuring and further developing quality standards in electrical construction Definition of technical design and design guidelines Continuous optimization of processes, methods and tools Project controlling and KPI-based reporting Development and Automation of ECAD Processes (EPLAN Electric P8)

Complete study of electrical engineering as an engineer or comparable qualification such as technicians, masters in electrical engineering leadership experience of smaller teams of advantage - or interest to develop as team leader Embossed technical understanding Professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally in installation or control cabinet construction.
