As a member of our quality assurance team, your tasks include: Implementation of hygiene training Working with the introduction, monitoring and control of QM documentation Control function (including personal hygiene and product hygiene) Creation of raw material, product and customer specifications Coordination of internal and external laboratory tests, preparation of results Reasons Declaration examination Processing of complaints Working with internal and external audits

You like to work with people and share your motivation with your colleagues? You have completed your studies in the field of food technology, nutritional sciences, oecotrophology or an education, e.g. as a meatmaker, cook, technician, master or specialist for food technology You are strong in communication and bring reliable knowledge of German You have good knowledge of food law, practical knowledge of the HACCP concept and relevant hygiene measures of the food industry Is it an organisational talent, a sense of decision and a structured way of working?
