You are responsible for purchasing building materials and subcontractors for the projects of our group You determine the product requirements and subcontractors using performance directories You create supplier requests and evaluate the offers formally and content You prepare negotiations and conduct these independently You maintain the results in our ERP system You work with strategic purchasing decisions

You have a technical or commercial study or a comparable training or training completed You have several years of experience in purchasing materials and subcontractors in construction You are construction managers with commercial interest and feel addressed You go routin with MS Office You are used to work independently and result-oriented You are happy to bring your communication and negotiation skills into contact with business partners
