Working Student (m/f/d) in HR – Change Management

Support exciting change and integration projects – from first ideas to real implementation Contribute to integration initiatives (e.g. post‐merger or organizational integration projects) Help design and roll out communication campaigns that bring change to life Create engaging presentations, videos, and other communication assets Develop new, creative approaches to support change and engagement Support with analyses, research, and best‐practice benchmarking

Advanced studies – your field of study is secondary; what matters your ability to think independently and work in a structured way Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Good English skills, as you will work in an international environment Enjoy driving initiatives, developing new ideas, and working in a team Creativity, a hands-on mentality, and a proactive approach to taking responsibility
