We are looking for a Vivendi-PEP-Administrator (m/w/d) in full time for our IT Processes and Applications Unit at our headquarters in Stuttgart.

You are responsible for the administration of the VIVENDI module personnel deployment planning (PEP). You translate the wishes from the specialist areas into concrete requirements and implement them in close coordination with colleagues. You communicate at eye level with the software manufacturer Connext and coordinate the support through the consultation. You stand in close cooperation with the neighbouring departments and shape the digitalization of the EHS. You support the project team in building VIVENDI PEP for our stationary facilities and solve the challenges directly and specifically in the software. You support the multipliers in the rollout with your expertise and keep the back free.
