S-Management Services GmbH is a company of the Sparkassen Financial Group and partner for business solutions in corporate and real estate business as well as in form and sustainability management. Their expertise is to design solutions from concept to implementation and integrate them into existing business processes and IT landscapes. With head, heart and hand, the S-Management Services of the #BusinessMöglichMacher in the DSV Group, the central service provider of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe.

Over the past 1.5 years, nawisio has developed and successfully piloted a scientifically-funded sustainability management solution for corporate customers in the Sparkassen financial group. The aim is to support corporate customers in the transformation to a sustainable economic approach. We are currently in the middle of the roll-out process to provide the solution to the savings banks and their corporate customers. At the same time, we are constantly developing the solution. For the roll-out and further development of the software solution, we are looking for your support for the following topics: As part of the project team, you have an overview of the status quo in the roll-out at the individual savings banks You support the preparation and follow-up as well as the execution of important appointments in the Sparkassen Financial Group or with corporate customers You help the customer: to successfully introduce the solution in the company and coordinate accompanying measures (e.g. product presentations, webinars and training) With us, you are puggling with the central task management and supporting the project team in implementing individual tasks You develop and optimize procedures and processes together with the team to make our processes more efficient You support the agile development of the application (participation in sprint meetings, support in request management and release process, writing user stories) From Day 1, you are a real part of our interdisciplinary team and work closely with product managers:inside, IT experts:inside, specialist consultants:inside, customers:inside, to convince the customers and to successfully roll out the platform in the Sparkassen financial group We have made very good experiences in virtual cooperation, so your location doesn’t matter – but we are happy to welcome you to our headquarters in Stuttgart.

Studies in Economics/BWL/Sustainability or a comparable degree programme Ideally, you have first experiences or interest in several of the following topics: o Sustainability Management o Essentiality Analysis o ESG-Rating and Sustainable Finance o Project Management o Digital Business Models o Startups & Innovative Product Solutions o Agiles Work Ideally, you have six months for your internship and show innovative thinking and acting, are curious and can quickly capture complex relationships Through your sovereign appearance, cooperation with people at different hierarchical levels as well as with customers: no problem for you You work independently with digital tools (e.g. Miro, ServiceNow) and you like to develop concepts or new solutions
