You have a look at your branch key figures, take targeted measures and take responsibility for the achievement of your location. You are actively engaging - whether in service or clean up, you are going forward as a model and making a smooth run. You actively shape the guest experience and ensure an attractive sales experience. You plan the optimal personnel deployment and make sure that your location is well positioned at any time. You take interviews and select new crew members looking at our value concept.

Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience with personnel responsibility in a branch system and feel comfortable in a leading role.
