In this versatile role, you ensure that buildings and outer surfaces are always maintained and functional – and thus contribute significantly to the smooth running of everyday life. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 General mastery activities around order, cleanliness and functionality General moving activities Maintenance of the outdoor installation Implementation of winter service Distribution of internal home mail

Completed craft training (e.g. KFZ mechanic, locksmith, plant mechanic, carpenter or comparable) is of advantage, however, not necessarily Professional experience as a master or in a similar field of activity desirable Technical understanding, initiative and organisational ability driving licence class B Reliable, team-oriented and solution-oriented operation
