Senior IT Service Manager Private Cloud & Network (m/f/d)

You take the service responsibility for the services in our private cloud infrastructure and develop modern, secure procedures for accessing data and information. You control our service providers, check their performance on quality and contract conformity and, if necessary, initiate corrective measures or escalations. You enter and develop the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Omnissa Horizon) as well as our data backup and backup processes including standardized plans, proofs, workflows and tests. You are responsible for the capacity management and support of the technical site infrastructure, including maintenance, documentation, regular checks and the building monitoring infrastructure. You actively develop our services, initiate and accompany projects and promote economic optimization of services, commissioning and acceptance of additional services. You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, are the contact person for IT audits and regularly supports IT emergency exercises and testing in close cooperation with IT emergency management.

You have a completed study of computer science, economic information technology or a comparable course of study – alternatively you have a corresponding training and training or equivalent professional experience. You have profound knowledge in the planning, implementation and operation of IT infrastructures and networks. You know very well with IT security solutions, especially in the areas of cryptography, firewalls, virtual private networks and authorization management. You have extensive experience in IT outsourcing and in cooperation with external IT service providers, including handling process interfaces and service levels. You bring many years of professional experience in operational IT operations, IT service management and IT security management. You have a high method skills, for example in project management or in the use of approach models.
