Maintenance & Facilities Technician (m/f/d)

Your role In this position, you are responsible for the technical support of our infrastructure and facilities and ensure their reliable operation. Your tasks include: Coordination and implementation of technical repair measures (mechanical and electrical) to infrastructure and installations Planning, organisation and monitoring of recurring audits Maintenance and monitoring of fire detection and alarm systems Coordination and control of external service providers and suppliers Creation, maintenance and development of maintenance and maintenance plans Accompanying renovations, modernizations and technical optimization measures Support and participation in energy management

Your profile Complete training as mechatronics, plant mechanics or comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in the maintenance of machinery, equipment or buildings Embossed technical understanding and craftsmanship Safe handling of MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good communication and organization skills Analytical thinkability and a structured and independent way of working Team skills and intercultural competence
