Team Lead Seafreight Import (m/f/d)

You guide your sea freight import team professionally and disciplinaryly and support the continuous development of your employees.

You ensure efficient operational procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards, KPIs and internal guidelines.

You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and implement measures to increase productivity and service quality.

You take the commercial responsibility for the maritime freight import and tax results, volumes and relevant key figures.

For high customer satisfaction, you support customer implementations and coordinate the solution of operational escalations.

You are actively working in the day-to-day business and are pleasing for close cooperation with internal and external partners.

You have a completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics services, ideally supplemented by a study with a focus on logistics.

You have several years of professional experience in sea freight import.

Ideally, you have already gained first experience in managing and developing employees.

You bring experience in the analysis, optimization and further development of operational processes.

You convince by entrepreneurial thinking, a pronounced customer orientation and strong communication skills.

You have very good German and English skills in word and writing and are sure to deal with MS Office as well as other IT systems.
