Maintenance and parameterization of device master data in LIS Vianova Implementation of user training and short training Accompanying updates and tests in LIS Vianova Technical device connection and interface support 1st and 2nd level support for laboratory sites Monitoring and error analysis in ongoing system operation Cooperation with internal IT teams and external service providers Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

Complete training as MFA, MTA or a comparable qualification – alternatively well-founded experience in clinical laboratories First knowledge of laboratory information systems (ideally Vianova) or motivation to work quickly Embossed IT-Affinity and Joy in Technical Questions Service-oriented and safe occurrence, coupled with clear communication capability Self-initiative, structured working and high level of learning High team and integration capability in the interdisciplinary environment Willingness to take responsibility in projects and ongoing operations Very good German knowledge (at least C1) in word and writing
