In order to support a dedicated and motivated team, we are looking for a (Junior) corporate customer manager at the next possible time of entry. In this function, you will be involved in the support of the social economy portfolio, among other things, of old aid, child and youth assistance, as well as disabled assistance and housing in Germany. As part of the activity, you will be systematically guided to the tasks in the company's customer business. Your tasks You support our corporate customer team in the care and development of existing customer connections in the social and housing sector. You participate in the acquisition of new customers as well as in the exhaustion of market and customer potentials under earnings and risk points. You support sales activities in the asset and liabilities business and gain comprehensive insights into the corporate customer business. You work with the preparation, support and follow-up of customer talks – both digitally and personally. You help to secure and support the credit process and work closely with experienced colleagues and specialists. You continuously develop your credit-material expertise as well as further professional and personal skills in the company's customer business and participate in internal projects as well as specialist and network events.

Your qualification You have successfully completed banking training; an economic study or a comparable qualification is advantageous. Ideally, you have first practical experience in banking, at best in the corporate credit business. You think entrepreneurial, trade independently and identify yourself with the goals and strategic orientation of the bank. You are convinced by a high level of willingness to learn, initiative and motivation to actively promote themes and to develop yourself professionally and personally. You work structured, responsibly and service-oriented and are characterized by a high level of quality and reliability. You score with communication and negotiation skills, a friendly and binding occurrence, team spirit and interest in building and maintaining networks.

The employment contract of the AVR (www.avr.org) applies. The place is grouped into the compensation group C1 to C3 and offers potential for an overtime payment. The entry level is based on your qualification and experience.
