We are looking for you Junior Manager (m/d) Location: Nagold, BW (External Service) Start date: From August 2026, limited to 18 months Within our sales organization, the position of a junior customer manager is to be occupied in the South region.

After a comprehensive incorporation, you take over a customer district in independent food retail. You are on the move with your customers every day and are responsible for the sale as well as the complete distribution of our products. You identify potentials and develop appropriate measures and strategies to exploit these opportunities. With targeted visit preparation, our customers advise on POS concepts and current LEH challenges. You convey complex content in a comprehensible manner and offer real added value through your knowledge of trends (e.g. Category Management, GfK-Consumer Index). You build customer relationships in the LEH and maintain them.

Completed commercial training and first professional experience in sales or trade. Ideally, knowledge in the food or confectionery market and knowledge of trade structures. Experience in Category Management is advantageous. Analytical thinking capacity for evaluating relevant key figures (e.g. span, yield) and for deriving measures. Embossed sales skills as well as the ability to quickly establish contact with different contacts. Self-employed and targeted working, high motivation and the will for personal development. You have a look at the essentials and set the right priorities. Professional appearance – especially at market leaders or owners level.

The current basic fee for this position is approximately € 55,000 per year. This amount includes the 13th monthly fee and the holiday allowance. The actual remuneration is determined on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you will receive an attractive, variable remuneration at this point, depending on the achievement of the company-based targets. The unit is grouped into the H tariff group for the confectionery industry of the Land of Hesse. .
