We are looking forward to your application as (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/w/d) at C24 Bank!

You are part of our legal team and accompany the introduction and scaling of new banking and financial products You advise departments and management on all legal issues concerning existing and new banking and Financial products You agree closely with product managers, compliance and data protection so that innovation and regulatory Matching specifications You take charge of and accompanies independent court and dispute settlement procedures across all instances You examine contracts and advise the respective departments

You are a full lawyer and have completed the first and second legal state exams You bring at least 3 years of professional experience, of which a substantial part in banking and capital market law a renowned firm and/or an international company (even FinTech) You have knowledge in banking and financial law and in adjacent jurisdictions; Experience in other legal areas welcome You work independently, meet decisions and are ready to represent them internally and externally You explore new topics and legal areas and accompany dynamic regulatory Developments You have a high level of integrity, commitment and self-initiative
