As a team leader, you will take care of the organisation of the smooth production process of the assigned responsibility area (line) while maintaining the corresponding key figures Planning and control of the operating daily business is in your area of responsibility Employee deployment planning in compliance with the qualification and suitability of employees In addition, you will take care of the motivation and further development of the staff members and their guidance on technical questions.
