As part of our project management team at the Weil am Rhein site, you take over the planning, control and successful implementation of our projects. You coordinate all stakeholders, keep track of dates, budgets and resources and ensure that project objectives are achieved efficiently and on time. With your organizational designer and your clear communication, you will ensure smooth processes and sustainable project success. As part of the project management team, you create an important interface between the operating business at the site and our customer. You design, coordinate and implement customer-specific logistics/optimization projects independently at the site. Here you have continuous contact points with logistic innovations and benefit from the versatility of the rhenus and also the knowledge of other sites. You are responsible for the optimization, automation and digitization of our processes and brings new ideas into implementation in a structured manner. Communication with the customer at eye level as well as planning and evaluating process requirements round off your new working day.

Ideally, you already have experience in the introduction and optimization of processes. You are characterized by a pronounced ability to analyze and process data and are able to quickly identify interactions and central aspects. You bring passion for logistical processes and you have great interest in continuously optimizing them. It is self-evident for you to critically question existing processes and to actively promote improvements.
