Coordination, instruction and control of external service providers and craft companies Ensuring the order, security and functionality of the objects Contact person for tenants for technical concerns and disturbances Commercial / organization Collection and comparison of offers for repairs and maintenance Examination and approval of invoices and control of services Cost control and economic control of the supervised objects Documentation of all technical and organisational processes Tracking of maintenance, testing and maintenance measures Support for budget planning and cost overviews in object operation

At least a completed vocational training (handicraft or technical) with multiannual experience in the area mentioned Very good understanding of technology and equipment as well as craftsmanship are prerequisite Organizational, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, cost-oriented Self-employed, structured and timely work High operational readiness, loadability, stress resistance, enforcement capability Discretion and loyalty Enforcement and conviction Good MS Office user knowledge, IT affinity driving licence class B, mobility
