Then we have the right job for you: Electronics (m/w/d) Building Management at the location As an electronic engineer (m/w/d), you are responsible for the electrical installation work within the building and the outdoor area at the Rheine site. In addition: electrical installation works (new installations and extensions) Organisation and implementation of maintenance, repair and maintenance measures of existing electrical installations in the buildings as well as the external installations of the Rheine site Maintenance and control according to the legal requirements or manufacturer's specifications: including electrical sub-distributions, lifts, manual or automatic doors and gates, lifting platforms and ramps, as well as fire-protection systems such as smoke/heat extraction systems, fire-protection doors and parking systems as BMA. Examinations: Monitoring and documentation of the pre-determined tests at the plants, working equipment and the building infrastructure mentioned above within the building management system for production and logistics buildings as well as external installations. DGUV-V3 Examinations: Execution of Examinations, Correction of Defects and Documentation of Results and Compilation of Test Reports repair: troubleshooting, planning and execution of repair work; self-employed, in the team or with other companies Emergency repairs: Reaction to emergency situations on building management electrical systems to ensure the process without interference at any time Documentation: Conducting accurate records of the work done, repairs and maintenance work to ensure the transparency and traceability of legal requirements

Own responsible material procurement and tracking of the I&R costs/ (offerings, ordering, confirmation, tracking and cost center allocation) commissioning of third-party services as well as support and instruction of third-party companies and service providers in accordance with the apetito standard
