Professional and disciplinary leadership of a project team with around 60 employees in the field of electrical engineering Responsibility for projects and services in the areas of building technology, pumping technology and electrical engineering Strategic development of the business and the team as well as active support and implementation of change processes Economic management of the projects from tendering to settlement combined with cost-conscious and entrepreneurial action Promoting an open, motivating and performance-oriented team culture

Successfully completed study of electrical engineering or alternatively an electrotechnical training (e.g. electronics, electricians or electro-installer) with further training as master or technician A multi-year professional experience in a comparable leadership position is compelling. Knowledge of medium voltage electrical engineering or electrical engineering Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Representative communication and leadership skills German knowledge of at least C1 level
