Customer advice & support: Competent technical and commercial advice from our customers by phone and email. Supplying: Creating calculations and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Self-creating, tracking and closing of customer-specific offers (repairs and compiled systems). Order processing: control of the complete sales process up to the conclusion of the contract. Collection and processing of customer orders.

Training: You have completed technical training in the fields of SHK (Sanitary Heating Climate), Supply Technology/TGA (Technical Building Equipment) and a commercial training with knowledge in the field of SHK. Industry knowledge: specific SHK expertise (TGA), or in building drainage and water supply. Knowledge of pump technology is desirable Experience: professional experience in sales services or technical sales. IT knowledge: Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience in dealing with Microsoft DynamicsNAV. Competences: Good process understanding and commercial thinking as well as structured and careful working.
