Head of Finance & Controlling Indien (m/f/d)

Corporate responsibility for the financial management of the site in India Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as targeted further development of an approximately ten-member team in finance and controlling Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, cost control and performance monitoring as well as the creation of annual and consolidated financial statements according to HGB Further development of controlling instruments, KPI analyses and ERP/financial systems to increase efficiency, process optimization and improve data availability Ensuring compliance with all tax, legal and internal compliance requirements as well as building and maintaining effective risk and contract management Close cooperation with the local management and international stakeholders as a financial-strategic savings-ring partner, including the creation of sound basis for decision-making

Strategic vision, analytical strength, willingness to design, social and intercultural competence, integrity, resilience and communicative sovereignty Completed commercial studies or a comparable qualification with corresponding practical experience Multiannual professional experience in Finance & Controlling, first leadership experience required Experience in the middle class or group with realistic expectation of medium-sized structures (including construction work and operational responsibility) Hands-on-Mentality and Ability to Interdepartmental Cooperation (Technology, Sales, Operations) Safe handling of modern ERP systems Location in Tamil Nadu Low travel activities: 1–2 journeys per year to Germany, occasional voting with the locations in Delhi and Mumbai knowledge of English; German knowledge of advantage
