Your tasks - pay-driven, structured and decision-relevant You work at the interface of personnel, controlling and legal requirements – with direct influence on strategic decisions. Creation, analysis and further development of personnel codes and reports Preparation of decision bases for management and departments (a.b. Excel-based) Participation in economic planning, forecasts and quarterly reports Support for testing and testing processes (e.g. care budget, PPP-RL) Ensuring legal reporting and reporting obligations Participation in the annual financial statements and budget and tariff topics close cooperation with controlling, financial accounting and care

Your profile - analytical, payaffin and with pleasure in system logic commercial training, studies (BWL or the like) or comparable Experience in controlling / personal controlling (ideally in health care) very good Excel knowledge and experience with systems such as SAP analytical, structured functioning and high numerical affinity Understanding legal framework conditions in hospital (e.g. PPP-RL of advantage) Communication strength and team capacity German knowledge at least C1
