Maritime Technical Project Lead (m/f/d)

Planning, control and technical guidance of maritime development and integration projects over all life cycles with an indoor and outdoor environment (HENSOLDT, AG, Partner, UAN, Supplier). Steady control and ensuring project success/project profitability (performance, quality, time, cost/DB1, turnover). Defining the framework conditions for the project organisation in coordination with management Initialization and coordination of project execution Planning, control and control of the production process (internal/external) Control and compliance of contractual agreements Ensure equal communication with the AG and partners, including management Implementation of the necessary votes with the AG and UAN Problem and conflict resolution in problems (internal/external) in cooperation with management Implementation of claim management for necessary performance changes during the contract term Acquisition of sequential orders Support for management in strategy development Technical analysis, specification and evaluation of system requirements and derivation of solution concepts. Support for testing, integration and commissioning of maritime systems on site and remote.

Completed studies in one of the MINT subjects multi-year, relevant professional experience (up to 5 years) in technical project management, ideally in the maritime environment or in safety-critical systems. Funded knowledge of systems or software engineering methods basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, C#, C++ or the like) Knowledge of common tools (e.g. DOORS, JIRA, GIT) Experience with agile and classic project management methods (e.g. PMI, IPMA, Scrum) Knowledge of maritime standards and standards very good English knowledge Word and Scripture Excellent quality awareness relevant experience in dealing with architecture standards and best practices, such as design patterns Experience in process and method consulting Knowledge of processes, methods and tools in project management Comprehensive knowledge and experience in risk management (including methodological competence) Impressive ability to consult Recognize and track business opportunities in cooperation with the Business Unit Ability to analyze deviations and take appropriate measures Solid understanding of governmental and military procurement processes Experience in managing subprojects, projects and project teams Ability to design and manage employees High level of resilience
