Support for administrative tasks and documentation in the field of warehouse & logistics

Support in the planning and organisation of logistics processes

Maintenance and updating of logistics and service data

Own-sponsored takeover of work processes

Communication with colleagues, external business partners and trade unions

Preparation of evaluations, analyses and presentations

Preparation of daily business documents

Procurement and provision of relevant documents for drivers

You have a completed commercial training

You have professional experience as an all-rounder*in in office management

You have an attentive and communication-strong personality

Your structured and solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you

You like to take responsibility and keep a cool head when it becomes stressful

You are safe and sovereign in the German spelling
