Technical Manager (m/w/d) plan and control the development of systems in the context of a project or program processing taking into account predetermined requirements, processes and quality specifications. Competence and development of the organisation in a specialized theme complex and take over strategic topics Planning the development performance in the project or Program execution in terms of dates, quality, process maintenance and costs for the system to be responsible. Takeover of the coordination and commissioning of work contracts for development performance and coordination with the other participating project roles. Identification and assessment of risks in development. Planning, monitoring and control of associated mitigation measures and evaluation of effectiveness. Definition of requirements and methods for development in the project or Programme Coordination and technical guidance of the project and program team. Moderation and coordination of technical solutions and concepts with customer representatives in the responsible project Coordination of system development with the needs of product management.

Complete university studies in the STEM field as well as many years of professional experience, complemented by sound knowledge of the system to be developed and its functioning Experience in the professional management of work-package advertisers in the context of project processing and proven technical evaluation capability for the implementation of development tasks and the application of business processes in various development disciplines Structured and independent working, complemented by knowledge of the V-model (desirable) and the willingness to occasional worldwide missions Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ability to systematically analyze, document and implement requirements, processes and quality requirements in the project environment
