HANSETRANS DV-Service GmbH is part of the HANSETRANS Group and is responsible for the management and architecture of the IT infrastructure. It develops and delivers modern, practical software solutions to efficiently optimize our logistics processes. To strengthen our HANSETRANS DV service team in Hamburg, we are looking for a dedicated and competent personality as the next possible date.

Support for the collection, documentation and management of IT requirements Coordination and follow-up of IT projects Creation of project plans, reports and presentations Communication with departments, IT teams and service providers Analysis and optimization of processes and support for new IT solutions Working with prioritization, quality assurance and acceptance of IT projects Organisation of meetings, workshops and training Documentation and further development of requirements management

Completed vocational training in commercial, technical, IT-related areas or a comparable qualification Experience in IT requirements management, project management, or in the interface between departments and IT Knowledge of process modelling (e.g. BPMN, UML) and process analysis and optimization Basic knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) are advantageous Very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English skills are a plus Representative communication skills, organizational talent and team spirit Self-working, flexibility and problem-solving competence Safe handling of MS Office and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
