Your tasks Leadership and motivation: You lead, inspire and develop a team of dedicated leaders (People Leads). With your positive attitude, you create an environment in which cooperation and initiative are promoted. You make sure that the leadership culture is strengthened throughout the team and that all managers develop a common understanding of their role. Personnel development: You identify strengths, promote talents and strengthen your leaders in their role as People Lead and help them achieve their goals. You conduct valuable and targeted development talks and make sure everyone in the team is constantly working on their skills. Responsibility for goals and results: You take responsibility for the results of your service team with the focus on banking events on different entrance channels and are ready to advance targeted measures and changes. As part of shared responsibility, you work closely with the relevant Product Owner and agile Coach. Customer orientation: Through the exchange with the Product Owner and the joint focus on the needs of our customers, you ensure that the team is clearly focused on the right goals and always meets customer needs. you make sure that both employees and managers take into account the customer perspective in their work and decision making. Your profileYou have a completed study or an adequate professional experience. You have experience in managing executives, as far as possible in the financial sector. You are strong in coaching for professional and personal development. You have a strong motivation and conflicting ability. You know agile methods and procedures. You bring very good knowledge of German and English.
