Maintenance Coordinator Waste Management Companies (m/f/d)

You coordinate maintenance and refurbishment measures and prioritise or assign the corresponding orders to the internal and external teams. In coordination with the other internal maintenance areas and our material warehouse, you will keep an overview of the inventory requirements and ensure the availability of materials. You maintain overview lists as well as technical documentation and support the creation of performance directories, auditing of invoices and the maintenance of contracts. You monitor and coordinate the dates and deficiencies of inspections or maintenance and ensure the qualitative documentation of the test protocols.

(m/w/d) and have professional experience in maintenance/maintenance planning in an industrial or nuclear engineering company. You have practical experience in building and plant engineering and mechanical engineering. At best, You have basic commercial knowledge and experience in the development of renovation projects. You have German knowledge at least on C1 level and convince with a very good oral and written expressability.

According to the Federal Compensation Agreement of the Chemical Industry Baden-Württemberg, the unit is classified in a range between the E 8 - E 9T pay groups. On a full-time basis, this currently results in an estimated gross annual fee that is between approx. EUR 53.239 to EUR 77.003. This amount includes 12 monthly tariff fees and the annual tariff and the monthly tariff fee.
