We are looking for you Projektmanager (m/w/d) in full time / part time

You are responsible for the technical central function for coordinating and answering technical questions of our customers, e.g. interface and data field adaptations, data feeds and connection options They coordinate and answer data questions about migration You are responsible for the relationship management of our existing customers in cooperation with the Account Manager on technical issues related to the migration of our systems You take over the project management of all open customer migrations in the area of Sales, in cooperation with the technical and professional migration team They support the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments and communication to initiate migrations and related topics They demonstrate understanding of escalation topics and priorities of the customer before/after/after migration They take over the responsibility and coordinator for the external customer migration subproject as part of the modernisation of the IT infrastructure – take over responsibility for the technical setup of migration (including migration scenarios, data pipelines), perfect passage and customer-specific communication

They have a solid technical understanding of data feed structures, capital market processes and corresponding interfaces to other systems Their level of experience in sales and relationship management is between 3 and 6 years You have knowledge of processes in the medium and back office of banks as well as in regulatory reporting requirements You understand the value chain in the securities sector of banks Communication at different hierarchical levels – ability to communicate complex technical relationships with customers understandably (abstraction level) is one of your strengths They focus on the needs and problems of our customers and develop tailor-made solutions Analytical as well as strategic thinking, an agile mindset are among your skills. You can also convince yourself with business and technical arguments and adapt to different interlocutors Our customers are distributed throughout Germany and also in DACH. That's why you should be flexible and mobile. In addition, you have a winning personality, hands-on mentality and are enthusiastic Negotiating English in Word and Writing as well as other languages are advantageous
