Creation of long-term supplier declarations for customers with corresponding internal and external communication (inch) Examination and processing of privileges Create and edit customer complaints together with production, logistics, food law and QM Acceptance and further processing of food law/QM requests and their follow-up Portal care such as Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade Order management support at order peaks Close cooperation with the QS team

Completed commercial training ideally in a manufacturing company multiannual professional experience in the international environment, in particular customs and external law Knowledge of preferential law and experience on quality issues and food law Certainty, organisational capacity and enforcement Teamability and high reliability flowing English skills in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office and in the SAP application as well as joy in using new software Experience in dealing with public authorities, customs, etc.
